As a solution to this latest security threat, Bullistic Barriers has developed RaDeBuRe Riot Fence. With the latest in Ballistic resistance and versatility engineering, our Rapid Deployment Bullet Resistance Riot Fence provides the ultimate barrier for safety and security in these times of social unrest. The stanchions are available as fixed for flat surfaces, or as adjustable for uneven areas such as the Capital steps.
Our Level 3 Riot system has been specifically designed to be extremely mobile and easy to set up . A couple guys can install 200ft in an hour to provide fast and efficient setup, without the use of any heavy equipment. It is even possible to mobilize these barriers while a riot is taking place.
Level 8 and Level 10 systems can be assembled in place effectively for a more long term, semi- permanent barrier solution. With our Level 10, the barrier is rated to stop a .50 Cal armor piercing round; yet weighs about 1/3 the amount of a cubic foot of concrete. This lightweight advantage makes transportation much easier and economical for nationally and internationally.

Bullistic Barriers provide three options for bullet resistance:
- Level 3 is 3rd party tested to meet UL752 Level 1,2,3 and 6. (9MM, .357 and .44). Plus shotgun buckshot.
- Level 8 is 3rd party tested to meet UL752 Level 4,5,7, and 8 for .30-30 rifle, AR-15 and AK-47. Plus shotgun slug.
- Level 10 is our newest product that is 3rd party tested to meet UL752 Level 9 and 10, plus AP, which means it can stop a 30-06 AP round, .50cal FMJ round, and a .50cal AP round. This product can resist all 10 Levels of the UL-752 ballistic standard.

ONE CARRIER UNIT CONSISTS OF:
10 Bullet Resistant Panels
6’ or 8’ tall with “bull” strips designed for attaching razor wire or concertina wire on the top, and a sight glass.
11 Versa Posts
11 Versa posts with adaptable stabilizers and straps and clamps to tie panels together in setup and a tie-up strap for the storage position.
Center Dolly
1 center dolly that has wheels that can turn 360 de- grees. It has raising and lowering capabilities to raise panels off the carriers, and gain height to hop a curb, or ascend a set of stairs; and then to lower panels into place. This dolly then has special pins that can release and allow the dolly to disconnect and pull away from the panel. Lastly, these dollies have convenient built- in storage areas to house impact drivers and straps.
Swivel Dolly
1 swivel dolly with wheels to turn 360 degrees with swivel lock and break lock capabilities. Again, as with the center dolly, raising and lowering capabilities.
Extendable Prybars
2 extendable and indexable prybars to assist in raising and lowering panels onto rollers and off blocks
Panel Rollers
2 panel rollers to effortlessly move panels forward or backward onto or off the carrier.
Impact Drivers
2 cordless impact drivers with sockets, and 4 batter- ies with a double battery changing unit.
Corner Piece
1 corner piece to provide the flexibility of creating right or left 90 degree turns in the riot fence.
Wood Strips
10 wood strips to provide cushion between panels in storage position. 2 wood blocks to assist in setup.
Ramps
3 ramps ready to lay down on stairs to allow maneuvering dollies right up the steps (such as the Capitol steps)
Straps
6 straps. 2- heavy duty 2” straps to tie components onto the carrier. 4 panel straps to secure the panel to the dollies when maneuvering panels. Additional bungee cords to assist in tie-downs.
Strap & Lock System
Heavy duty strap & lock system is specially designed for uneven terrain such as sidewalks or curbs and still presents a formidable barrier.
Optional Features
Crash Resistance
Special accommodations can be made to panels and posts in the manufacturing process to provide crash resistance. Posts were designed to allow for installing cable for crash resistance. Crash resistance can be pre-engineered for specific areas, stanchions installed, etc. and in the risk of a security event, rapidly deployed, and cables attached.
Razor Wire
Bull strips designed for attaching razor to add an additional level of security.
Panel Grabber
Also available where high-lifts or cranes can be utilized, our ingenious panel grabber provides easy deployment of panels. Its remote control and wireless power provides for ultimate convenience.
Security Elements
Anti-Climb: Specifically designed for no foot holds or hand holds, makes this fence impenetrable without the aid of equipment.
Anti-Cut: Assailants utilizing powered cutting tools have a difficult and lengthy struggle to cut through the material, plus the inherent inter-connections create an additional layer of protection, providing security teams additional response time.
Anti-Breach: The interlocking panels make this fence virtually seamless to acquire a start of breaching the fence with sledgehammers or prybars.
Anti-Ricochet: Specially designed and engineered to absorb projectiles as opposed to AR plate or concrete that tend to promote ricochets.

Cost of a complete carrier unit is typically about 1/3 the cost of a police officer in a major US city. So for the cost of one police officer, you could have 200-300 ft of RaDeBuRe Riot Fence.
